One of the perks of being a member at ATC Fitness Lakeland is the use of our tanning beds and HydroMassage. With a premium membership, you can take advantage of the daily use of both.
We have a wide range of ages and fitness levels at our 24/7 gym. All ages above 12 are welcomed! You don’t have to be a workout connoisseur to join ATC Lakeland.
If you are new to working out, you can take advantage of our Smart Start Training Program. An experienced team member will document your starting point and set the goals you want to achieve. We will then walk you through a workout program based on your level of fitness and desired outcomes. We will regroup every 15 visits to make sure we are progressing in the right direction.
