  It was such a great experience! Walked in with one idea in mind and ended up stepping out of my comfort zone and purchasing and fall in love with a pair of glasses that I normally would have over-looked! I will be back!

  Friendly, laid back and professional customer service. I was greeted upon entry, approached respectfully, not a pushy sales culture, more helpful yet direct and clear communication. I had planned to go to 2 other eyeglass stores afterwards but was completely satisfied with the assistance and selection presented to me at this store. I'm on a budget but wanted to really like my new glasses so went in person to this location (over an hour drive). Worth the trip. I believe "Johnny" was the sales associate who took care of me. He made selecting and shopping for my prescription glasses actually enjoyable and easy.

  My husband had his eye glasses prescription filled at the Knoxville location 2 weeks ago. After paying $600 they said they would email the receipt to us. Several days later and still no receipt. We called and the email was wrong so they corrected it and resent it and we received it. 2 weeks later and still no glasses. We called and they couldn’t find the account. After searching for it they found it with the wrong email address. Now they say they can’t fill the prescription because it’s too strong for the frames. I couldn’t understand her because of broken English. She refuses to give me her name and she refuses to give the phone to someone else. They could’ve simply called or emailed us and addressed the situation. Now my husband has no glasses and we have to start all over again. THANKS WARBY PARKER FOR YOUR VERY UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE!!! I’ DONT RECOMMEND WASTING YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON A PLACE THAT HAS NO RESPECT FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS. Whatsoever!!! Not even an apology from the woman!! This is effecting my husbands job!!! Her email states her name as being Sirley…… ya right! And you can’t call the location you go to because you have to call one number that handles everything. PS…. The email she sent has the wrong last 4 numbers of the CC WE PUT THE GLASSES ON! What in MESSED UP WORLD OF SPECS IS GOING ON AT THE WARBY PARKER OFFICE!! 😂😜 I’m about to bust out laughing over this. I’m beyond pissed
