The team around her take their time to make sure you find a pair of glasses you love and even help you decide which looks best. The fitting once you get the pair is also a great service, they make sure you like the way they fit and look. Definitely a great place to get your glasses

- LWLizzy WSep 21, 20261.0I went to Warby Parker on July 3rd to pick out new frames. I have UHC Vision and my app said they cover WP. When I ordered the glasses the salesperson said the computer was having issues and couldn't process it but when the glasses came in that I could resubmit the claim. I did have to pay out of pocket initially. I did that, assuming that my app was correct and the sales people knew whether or not UHC was accepted. When my glasses came in I tried to reprocess the claim and the person I spoke to then said I wasn't cover. She sent me home with a receipt to file an out of network with UHC. I was never able to make heads or tails out of it. I tried to call the store but got routed to an out of country call center where I was told I could not speak to the store. The woman on the phone said she could help me but between the language barrier and frustration she was no help at all. I had to drive 30 minutes back to the store to try again. This time I got a salesperson who tried to dig deeper. I learned that the UHC vision plan has 2 different versions (which UHC doesn't disclose on my EOB) and my version doesn't cover WP. This is something the first sales person should have known. I feel like she lied to me just to make the sale and WP definitely makes customer service beyond the sale very difficult.
