I would give Audrey 10 stars if I could. She is an excellent specialist and when I left the office after our first meeting with the temporaries, I was hearing everything clearly in both ears. Also the permanent aids are so comfortable. I don’t even realize I have them in my ears. Great service and great hearing aids.

I have always received great care from Audrey. She is very knowledgeable and has answers to any concerns I may have. I am profoundly deaf almost and Audrey has worked a great amount of time adjusting my hearing aids so that I can hear. I’m very pleased with the results. I would recommend Miracle Ear to anyone that need expert guidance and as a matter of fact I have sent a friend to the Walker Springs location and she too is very satisfied.

Friendly, knowledgeable, professional staff. The only issue I had was trying to get phone calls returned in a timely manner.

They do not stand behind there product and will not take responsibility. My husband had his hearing aids cleaned and the right one hasn’t worked since.

I received excellent service at this Miracle Ear location. Audrey Huffman is a highly professional person and very knowledgeable regarding her understanding of the human ear and hearing aid devices. I highly recommend this business.
