A significant portion of the visit was spent debating the well-known antihistamine effects of Remeron, Trazodone, and certain atypical antipsychotics instead of discussing an effective treatment plan. I have severe neurological and mood issues that are exacerbated by antihistamines.
I am thankful that we were ultimately able to agree on a reasonable treatment approach to help with sleep, and I hope it works well in practice. But when I suggested I may need prior authorization to get insurance to cover it, she thought prior authorization was only used for medications that were only recently released. For a psychiatric prescriber, she seems to be oblivious to various important aspects about her job.
My overall experience with Anne Green was disappointing.

It really pains me to write this review because for the most part I really enjoy my visits but today was horrible Dr Murphy wanted to belittle me about my blood pressure while simultaneously offering no help to fill it and so for about 25 minutes I had this man telling me everything I need to do that I am already trying to do but it's a slow process when you're doing it all on your own. It just seems very unprofessional and then as I was leaving there was a woman talking to some police officers that works in the building and she was also rude I don't understand what's going on today

I have been going here for 15 years and I am always happy with the help I get from the nurses and admin staff. They are always helpful and set you up for free medication if you don’t have health insurance. They have all sorts of programs. The only downside is you usually have to call a couple months in advance to book with a particular NP.

I cannot say enough good things about this facility. My adult son has been a patient there for 15 years. I was once also in dire need of some mental health treatment and they helped and I wasn't even a patient there. I would recommend this place to anyone! Helen Ross McNabb keep up the good work it's so needed in our city
