  I had never been to a mental healthcare facility before. I have 3 kids and no free time. I was extremely nervous and hesitant about feeling trapped and like I didn’t belong. But there were people from all walks of life there. It was very welcoming and warm. I never felt shamed or embarrassed. I felt taken care of for once. And I really desperately needed it. They adjusted my meds on the spot and sent me home with a prescription. I’m doing much better now two months later. I feel like a completely different person, and I grieve for the version of me that had to fight to get here. It’s worth it. Do this for yourself. You will not regret it. You don’t have to suffer.

  Love this place. But whoever David is needs to brighten up a bit when he answers the phone. Ppl are out here battling a wanted to come there an if they call an he answers with an attitude when someone asks a question then he need to not even be there. But thank you to the other staff who was very compassionate over the phones and in person.

  Had a family member with a mental health crisis and this place is a God send. Can’t recommend enough.

  I stayed there for basically 2 days (I stayed and then left and had to come back) - the people here actually care about you and want to find the best plan for you. I am EXTREMELY anxious(medication and health anxiety and others probably) due to lack of care over the years which has caused real problems (which i’m working through now) and somehow these amazing people made me feel safe enough to take the medication i needed. I can’t thank them enough for giving me a space of safety when I needed it. The night shift there are amazing if you’re like me and mainly have issues at night. If you’re having issues they will help you, it’s safe and an amazing place to go.

  This place is definitely my saving grace. I wouldn't be so hopeful on my mental health if it weren't for each staff members on both shifts being so kind and caring. I did not feel like such a loser once admitted. The staff took their time to help care for me when my own family simply didn't know how to help me. Anyone who needs immediate assistance with mental health EmPath will HELP to the best of their ability. I have visted this facility twice now and couldn't be more appreciative in the help provided. Thanks so much to Jess and Brittany! Because of you i feel like I can fight harder to survive everyday. Im not giving up today. Thanks to all the staff ❤️!
