  When you get medicine from a pharmacist, you are their patient and they are supposed to help you maintain your health, like any other doctor. My other doctors have provided me with a non-narcotic and non-habit forming solution for my medical problems and the solution works well. This pharmacist fights me over providing that solution every step of the way. Instead of helping me stay alive, dealing with these people makes me wish I would just die already. If you value your health, find a different pharmacy.

  Sara is VERY RUDE & snooty! I feel she talked down to me immediately over a simple mistake & have Severe Anxiety & PTSD. She definitely made it worse. Won't be staying with this pharmacy as they made me feel unwelcome VERY fast!!!

  Honestly I wish I could give them ZERO stars. Save yourself the headache and pick a different pharmacy! They have the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. When I spoke to the pharmacist to explain my experiences they didn't even care that I was leaving. They weren't apologetic or empathetic. They messed up my medicines, didn't give me my full prescription, didn't explain they shorted me... the list goes on.

  Don't even bother with this location. They have accused my husband of being a junky for filling a 30 day prescription only once a year, and called the police on him. The most recent issue was with me, i called in my prescription on Wednesday, didn't hear anything. Called it in again on Friday, still nothing. Saturday I started feeling the side effects of withdraw from my medication. I called it in to be expedited on Monday morning, it was estimated to be ready after 1:00 p.m. that day. My husband went to the pharmacy to check on the status, and they told him that the prescription was on back order, And had been for at least a week already. I was at work, and so disoriented that I could barely walk, let alone do my job. My husband had to come get me, and I couldn't even carry my 4 month old without feeling faint. It appears that the idea of a call to let me know my medication that could result in withdraw symptoms to that degree did not cross anyone's mind at that pharmacy.

  This is truly the worst pharmacy I have ever used. Everytime I go to pick up medication they say come back in 30 minutes.. I have used them for only 2 months and have been told that about 6 or 7 times. They have given me the wrong medication then blamed it on my old pharmacy (that I have not had trouble with for 4 years before moving here) and they are also extremely rude. Moving my prescriptions back to Walgreens and not wasting my time again.
