  101 Mobility helped in a situation where another branch simply refused to follow through on a request. 101 Mobility had done a job/install for us previously, and because of their service this time, and the first, I won’t use any other company in the future. They need to give the other branch/location a few tips on what customer service actually is. Thank You again to everyone there. A special Thank You to Johnathan for going the extra mile to help out in what was a very limited time to get the task completed for me.

  Just had a Stiltz home elevator installed by 101 in our home. The effort was incredible and seamless. 101 from presurvey to final training and turnover was just awesome. Their step by step hand holding and on site guidance to our contractors was flawless. I can not give them a higher recommendation. Look no further than 101 they are simply the best!

After another company canceled our appointment and failed to follow up, we contacted 101 Mobility and they were able to schedule a same-day estimate, which was a huge relief. The representative arrived on time, professionally dressed, and was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to carefully evaluate the staircase, explain the stairlift options, and answer every question clearly without any pressure. The whole process felt organized, respectful, and professional from start to finish. This is exactly how a well-run business should operate—responsive, punctual, and focused on helping the customer make an informed decision. Highly recommend 101 Mobility to anyone looking for reliable accessibility solutions.
