- LCL COct 30, 20241.0We paid several hundred dollars more to go with this company since they claimed to provide one year free service if needed. After 10 days our equipment stopped working. We did all the recommended troubleshooting and could not restart it. I then called the office and explained the problem. She asked several questions which I advised we had already tried. She said she would have the repairman call back and no one ever called. After a couple days and trying many different things and spending several hours we did eventually get it restarted. Don’t go with this company if you are expecting prompt or any service.

We were extremely fortunate to have elected the purchase and installation of our BRUNO VPL from 101 Mobility. We were facing a narrow timeline and we were also considering price point and quality. All our concerns were addressed and exceeded by 101 Mobility. Preston was our representative and he was outstanding! He made sure we had a comprehensive understanding of the product and took time to come to our residence to inspect the site prior to installation. Preston was very accessible for questions and concerns. Our interaction with Anna was very valuable and her help saved us money. The installers worked hard to make sure everything was perfect before leaving us with the product and Brad made sure we had a clear understanding of how the product functioned and made sure it was safe before he left. We couldn't be more pleased with our decision to purchase this product from 101 Mobility and the BRUNO product line is quality built in the United States by a family owned company.
