I went back to the Miracle ear place a couple of times to have them adjusted and will still dissatisfied. Kathryn Hamilton came in and took over as the audiologist and has worked very diligently with me to improve the settings and quality of the hearing aids. I highly recommend her.

They were right at $9000.00 And I don’t mind paying if they will work my insure did give me some money toward them. Met John numerous times . Last I met him in Kingsport Said there’s nothing else he could do. Finally Miracle ear in got me an appointment at Knoxville Tennessee which is two hours from where I live ..Cathy had them adjusted in 30 minutes . So because of John’s incompetence I had to wait about five months . To get them fixed. I would not recommend anybody to go to him in either Kingsport or Johnson City go some where else. Cathy has a office in Morristown Tennessee and she’s very well qualified to do the job. Take a little extra time and see Cathy
