  My dentist of 14 years retired so my son & daughter in law told me how much they liked Ridgeview Family Dental. I just had my 1st appt and everyone there was so amazing. It really made transitioning to a new dentist so easy 😊

  Today was my first visit at Ridgeview Family Dental and let me tell you it was a wonderful experience. The office is so clean and all the technology is current. The staff, Tracy, Jessica, Gracie and Dr. Lunsford were so friendly and put me at ease. Gracie and Dr. Lunsford thoroughly explained my dental health. I highly recommend this group for your dental needs. Thank you!

  I was reluctant to switch dentists after a lot of years. I'm glad that I did. My doctor and tech were great. Explained everything to me and I never felt like they were in a hurry to get another patient into my chair. They fixed work performed by my previous dentist.

  I had an emergency where half of my tooth broke off. I did not have an established dental home that I was comfortable using (dental anxiety has been a huge factor in adult life) and was recommended Ridgeview by several people close to me and heard they would definitely fix me up. I read pages of positive reviews before picking up the phone. I called nervously for assistance this morning and was told it would be 8 weeks wait to fix, in which I mentioned the website does state that they help with dental emergencies and my half tooth with nerve exposure and sensitivity could not wait that long. The front office informed that emergency services are ONLY for established patients. I did want to mention this somewhere as the website is very misleading listing this as a service that they provide and it does not mention that in the slightest. I would want others to be aware of this when calling with an emergency such as exposed nerves like myself. My hope was with so many positive reviews, that I could establish a dental home here with a group who truly listens and cares and takes dental anxiety into account (as many truly do not). However, it felt defeating to hang up the phone after reading such incredible reviews and getting my hopes up. I did attach 3 additional reviews where I read same day or next day services were offered and all seemed helped tremendously. This is why I have so much confusion after hearing differently when I called.
