  I was so impressed with the service I received. The staff and Dr. Keith Elliott took such good care of my problem. Would recommend to any of my friends.

  My only complaints were; this office only uses local anesthetic and not nitrous oxide. I have a strong fear and anxiety when it comes to dental work and this was the first and last procedure I will have without it. They also do not file insurance. The staff were professional, pleasant and helpful and it is a beautiful facility.

  Dr. Elliott has performed at least 3 root canals on my teeth and he has always been professional and efficient. His staff is wonderful…helpful, kind, and explains what’s going to happen. The office atmosphere is calming. Even though insurance is not accepted, his desk staff printed the paperwork so that I could send it in myself. I recommend New South Endodontics. I hope I never have to have another one, but since I’ve had at least three, the odds don’t appear to be in my favor.

  Since this was my first visit to New South Endodontics, I was very nervous. However, those fears evaporated after enjoying the comfortable unique office atmosphere and being greeted by the polite and friendly staff. The X-ray technician was wonderful and she guided me through the tests for my visit. When I met Dr Elliott, he introduced himself and I immediately felt relaxed He then examined my X-rays and discussed the procedure he could use to help my problem. I felt such relief when I left his office, and I am prepared for my procedure in July.

  Had a terrible toothache and my dentist referred me to Dr. Elliott for a root canal. They did not have any appointments available but put me on the call list and within a couple days they were able to get me in. I was very thankful. Just awful tooth pain. I have had a root canal done at a different practice before and it was painful, anxious, slow and stressful. I have to say I had the complete opposite happen to me with New South. The Dr and Assistant were friendly and walked me through the process. I was a mess as the tooth was infected, my sinuses were infected and had gone into Bronchitis and I was having trouble breathing. Felt just terrible which only added to the anxiety. They showed me the xrays, took the time to explain what was going on and what they were going to do. They both did a wonderful job and were so professional. There is a screen where you can watch if you want to and I found that extremely helpful as I was able to distract my anxiety and be calm and even able to relax. Was like watching a movie. Rather fascinating. And YES there was NO PAIN! They were able to adjust the jaw apparatus where I was comfortable. Dr. Elliot had quite the high tech machinery to be exact and quite fast compared to my other adventure where it felt like the Dr was "shooting from the hip." I had to mouth breath the whole time and had no problem. This makes it much harder on the dentist but he never mentioned any difficulties to me. The mouth breathing fogs up the mirrors and lenses constantly. I felt like he had done 1,000s of these and it was a "walk in the park" for him. Kept me settled and relaxed. Knew I was in the right hands. Root canals are no cake walk but this is likely as good as you will find - certaintyfor me. I did not have insurance but felt the fee was quite fair. They were able to salvage my existing crown which saved me well in excess of $1,000 and when I left there was nothing else to do or additional expenses. Just done. I had an Implant done previously and it set me back $5,000 and took months to complete. Dr. Elliott's office charged me $1,835 "out the door". I could eat shortly after a nice Petro Baked Potato.
