    Miracle Ear is so easy to get into for a hearing aid cleaning, tuneup or any other issue. While the up-front cost was higher than we expected, the service is great! Jeremiah is willing for drop-ins at any time. Knowledgeable and friendly to boot.

    I purchased some new hearing aids from the Johnson City TN location about three months ago. Today, I had to make my three month visit to have them cleaned, etc. I got excellent assistance from Jeremiah in cleaning them and replacing the screens. I can hear as clear as a bell now. John, the hearing specialist, did an amazing job of helping me select an awesome set of hearing aids that have Bluetooth connectivity to my smartphone and one that fit my budget. I even got to trade in my previous Miracle-Ear hearing aids as a down-payment. And financing was easy for the remainder. I highly recommend Miracle-Ear because you have free lifetime cleanings while other places charge you a copay after so many. That's why I didn't use my insurance hearing aids in network companies. And of course, Miracle-Ear hearing aids are outstanding hearing aids!!!

    When I visited the Miracle Ear Hearing Aid Center, I received great information about how the ear hears and how a hearing aid works. Dr. Bonenberger knows everything about his field of hearing. He explained everything in great detail and it was easy to understand. The testing was very thorough and he explained the testing results. Anybody that needs a hearing test and a hearing aid should go see Dr. Bonenberger, He is a great professional to work with on your hearing problems.

    As a teacher, I give letter grades. John and Sally, in Johnson City, Tennessee, get nothing but an A+ on EVERYTHING! Explaining, answering questions, courtesy, patience, friendliness,......the whole 9 yards.....I could not ask for more.
