I was greeted immediately upon entering, and the store itself was open, clean, and well organized. Every employee was either engaged with a customer or actively ready to assist — nobody was just standing around. I had the pleasure of being helped by Dalton, who was polite, attentive, knowledgeable, and professionally presented. What stood out most was that he never pushed a sale — he was genuinely focused on finding the right product for me. He walked me through several options I wasn't previously aware of, explained each one clearly, and took the time to search for the best pricing available through my insurance and other discount programs. Because of Dalton's exceptional service and his obvious command of his craft, I left feeling like a longtime customer rather than a first-time visitor.
