  I had some serious issues with my eye, eye infection and recurring corneal tearing. When I asked if I should be seeing a specialist for my situation, I was told I didn’t need to go to a specialist. My doctor made mistakes and was over confident about his level of knowledge, he didn’t have the humility to admit this was outside of his experience to properly treat. Well, I paid the price! My situation became much worse before my doctor finally referred me to a specialist, the nurses I have spoken to at the specialist’s office I go to now are shocked that the doctor at Lenscrafters let it go on as long as it did before finally referring me to a corneal specialist. I dealt with some of the worst pain I’ve felt in my life for about 3 weeks before finally seeing a doctor that had the skills to properly treat me. DO NOT let any of those doctors tell you they can treat anything complicated, I guess they just want to keep you coming back so corporate can make money and fulfill a quota for patients seen per day. I am deeply disappointed. I had gone to Lenscrafters since I was a child, but I will never go back there again. Also, there was another younger, male doctor I saw once when the situation became really bad that was very rude and completely unhelpful. It was obvious that he was annoyed by me being squeezed in at the end of the day due to my pain level. He was extremely unprofessional and had 0 compassion for what I was going through. Unless you are completely healthy and just need contacts and/or glasses, stay away from this place.

  I've been coming to Lenscrafters here for 10 years and everyone has been great but Dalton went out of his way to help me out. Many thanks to him and this great store

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an awesome experience at LensCrafters! Dalton was absolutely amazing and treated me like a VIP from the moment I walked in. He was patient, helpful, and really took the time to help me find the best glasses for me. I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out! Dalton definitely went above and beyond, and I truly appreciate the great customer service. If you’re looking for new glasses, ask for Dalton — he’ll take great care of you! 👓🔥

  Highly recommend for Vision check, and eyeglasses. Stylish brands and friendly which made finding the right pair of glasses just right!
