Rehabilitation and Physical Medicine
LIFT Therapy/Sports Plus Rehab Centers provide physical, occupational and speech therapy for all ages here in West Tennessee. We have been in business since 1996 providing one on one care to all rehabilitation diagnoses, neurological problems, and any post-op surgical cases. We serve the pediatric population as well as adults of all ages. Aquatic Therapy and Athletic Trainers round out our services for all ages as well. We take all insurances that JMCGH takes and also see direct access.

I interacted with a few different therapists and techs and they were all amazing - Rachel, April, Nate, Craig... They were professional, knowledgeable, kind, easy to work with and fun. The staff all seemed to interact with each other really well and help out when needed. I feel like the staff really cared and got to know me as a person while I was there. They challenged me and helped care for my injury. I am so impressed. Thank you all!
