- DHDiane HendersonJun 11, 20261.0I am usually very pleased with this pharmacy but my dr called in a new antibiotic I need at around 415. I came to get it at 630 as nothing came up on my phone. I called before this and they were working on it they said. When I arrived they had filled something from January. Come to find out they had not even checked their messages. Yes I was not happy but the excuse was we’ve been busy. I was apparently not the only one that had not been done. I will continue here but if I have a call in I will call myself to ensure it’s being done. Don’t depend on them to check their messages

There was absolutely no sense of urgency. They didn't even apologize for taking over twice as long as they said. I will never use them again.
