I mean they’re usually nice enough. But I don’t request early fills or favors. Ever. not needed. But the last three months my medication that comes in capsule form has had a ton of residue and some of the capsules not entirely filled or the numbers not lined up. Idk if it’s a manufacturing issue or what. I even showed them one in a baggy I saved that was cracked on one side with medicine leaking out. They did not replace it. So that leaves me short. I thought no big deal to be one short. But then I found 3 others just like it. I didn’t report it to them bc they didn’t seem to be bothered by the one messed up one or why there was so much residue I couldn’t hardly open the bottle. Like I said. They’re very nice and sweet. Way better than what you’ll find anywhere else. But the lack of concern for why my medication was seemingly spilling out of capsules leaving me without the medicine I’ve been on for 12 years is a little worrisome. I know they have restrictions but surely they can check into it and see what’s going on at least so it doesn’t happen anymore. The picture shows the residue. From the 2nd or 1st go round. It’s happened 3 months in a row. Never happened before that and this last month of June was the only month I noticed broken capsules or ones that either hadn’t been sealed properly or maybe shaken open? I’m not sure why the numbers on only a few are not lined up. But it is concerning. Not just for myself. But other patients as well.
