Wow. These people are so rude and mean to older people! I had just walked in and was looking around....as was another older gentleman. There was an old man in the store trying to get glasses and they just told him they didn't accept his insurance and when he asked who would, they told him to call his provider. As he was turning around I said I can find out who accepts your insurance so I started to ask chatgpt and they interrupted and repeated to him to go home and call his provider. Showing me by their tone that I was "out of my place". So I rolled my eyes and said Whatever I was just trying to help so I went back to looking at glasses. They said something about me not having the correct information and blah blah blah and told him he needed to go somewhere else....I said You know what, think I'll go somewhere else too. I had my puppy with me and he wasn't hurting anyone..wasnt barking or peeing or anything....because I didn't want to leave him alone while I made a quick run to order glasses. As I was leaving they made some snide remark about having a dog. What's wrong with people? They could have been more helpful for that old man and if their protocol prevented kindness then they could have let me help or at least have not been rude. I have to purchase some glasses...I'm gonna need bifocals and I always get sunglasses built in... I'm gonna spend some money. But not with Eye Mart.

Super quick and convenient. Affordable because they accepted my insurance. I was told it would be a month for my second pair because of the holidays and my glasses came back in less than a week. My daughter got her glasses from here too. Same thing. Quick friendly and efficient service.
