- JFJeffrey FollinusSep 30, 20221.0Addus does not have the staffing. They don't return phone calls or even answer the phone 85% of the time. They do not call customers when aid will be a no show.( jackson tennessee office) and they will throw their employees under the bus when they have no expectations of their bad business decisions. My wife has been customer for over a year and only has had an aid maybe 10% of the time. Not recommended.
