  The front desk is rude 😒 because I have bad insurance apparently they treat people with state insurnace differently I was put on hold so she could look to set an apt and I have a broken tooth which qualifies as a type of emergency apt, but offered an apt at the end of the month. Her attitude was more like "oh your poor" type deal. Will not being going here and if she had stayed on the phone long enough to answer my questions without bias I actually have 2 different types of insurnace and can absolutely pay for a copay if need be, but not here. Apsolutley despicable what I needed was someone compassionate who cared about my pain not someone automatically assuming im poor and should be treated differently. I called twice by the way. She said "honestly not to many take your insurance and I don't know how to help you" Could be a little nicer it wouldn't hurt. Compassion for my pain to start with.

  Removed all my teeth he done so well he gave me the max of lidocaine cuz I couldn't get numb from the infection the hygienist was so sweet

  Connie the lady the receptionist that takes the appointments she is extremely toxic and rude and cussed me out. Kept hanging up on me and would not let me speak to anybody else.. I never in my life dealt with anybody like that, especially a place of business thats so crazy and toxic. She was the worst person I've ever had came in contact with.period.

  I would absolutely recommend this establishment. The staff did a fantastic job, and they were both very professional and incredibly helpful throughout my visit.
