Physical Therapy
LIFT Therapy / Sports Plus Rehab Centers provide physical, occupational and speech therapy for all ages here in West Tennessee. We have been in business since 1996 providing one on one care to all rehabilitation diagnoses, neurological problems, and any post-op surgical cases. We serve the pediatric population as well as adults of all ages. Aquatic Therapy and Athletic Trainers round out our services for all ages as well. We take all insurances that JMCGH takes and also see direct access.

    They put bit and pieces of what I said in my chart, they did not put the whole statements that I was making. They just put bits and pieces to make me look bad so therefore I left and went to dynamic physical therapy.
