While I was there I had her undivided attention which is something you do not get at other places. This was a very positive experience and I would recommend this store and her to anyone needing help with foot and knee pain.

But then I developed arthritis in my knee and toe and decided I needed to try something. These inserts are amazing. The adjustment period is allowing me to get used to them, and I’m shocked by how tolerant my feet have been. It’s 3 days in, and not only do I not have pain in those joints, but I also got rid of a great deal of the muscle pain I was feeling throughout my body. I don’t like walking around barefoot anymore, it feels so much better to be walking on these inserts. The actual fitting process was also very easy and I learned a lot about how your feet are supposed to support you. Dallas was so helpful and I am excited to have her help and expertise along the way. It’s a little pricey but it’s so worth the cost.

They transfer well to different shoes and seem to be durable. She was satisfied with the fitting session, and the staff was professional and friendly. The expense!! After wearing these supports, her opinion is that buying good shoes with different arch supports, some more aggressive than others, would be a heck of a lot more cost effective. You can buy several years' worth of shoes for what these cost. That's water under the bridge at this point, and the end result of this purchase is that her feet feel better and she can wear whatever shoes she wants (barring heels) and have excellent support. 3 stars for the good support and buying experience. Minus 2 stars for the cost.

Sam did some diagnostics on my feet and before you know it I was walking around the store with no pain. Almost running! What a difference an arch support system makes! I’m so glad I checked into it. I read a bunch of reviews about the process and they are true, it’s not easy and can down right hurt but as you go through the process you can feel good things starting. I’m on day 3 and cannot wait to see how I’ll be doing on day 33 or 60 for that matter. Best thing I did for my health in quite some time! Thanks Sam for helping me find the right support!
