  I would not recommend UFC GYM Hendersonville. When I signed up, I specifically discussed the possibility that I might move during my membership and was told that if I relocated to an area without a nearby UFC GYM, I would be reimbursed for any difference in my membership. That became important when I did, in fact, relocate. I contacted the gym and initially spoke with Mason, who was helpful and told me he would begin processing it. At his request, I provided a copy of my lease agreement as documentation of the move. After that, I heard nothing. When I followed up, I dealt with the current manager, Greg Johnson. Unfortunately, my experience with Greg was completely different. I found him rude and dismissive, he declined to follow through on what I had been told when I purchased the membership, and he did not return my follow-up phone call. Beyond the customer-service issue, I wasn't particularly impressed with the gym itself. The equipment selection is fairly limited in some areas, including having only one incline leg press (you must wait and wait for), and overall I don't think the facility or experience is strong enough to outweigh poor management and a lack of follow-through. The most frustrating part isn't simply the money. It's that I made a purchasing decision based on information provided to me by the gym, supplied the documentation they requested when that exact situation occurred, and then couldn't get management to follow through or even return my call. I would choose another gym!!

  I came in for a tour and really liked the gym and offerings. Also quite affordable!

  The gym is nice and clean and they offer childcare, however scheduling the childcare is somewhat difficult.

  The energy here is motivational and positive. Very clean, great equipment. Cory is an exceptional personal trainer!

  I absolutely love UFC! The gym is always clean, has a great atmosphere, and everyone on the staff is so welcoming and helpful. A special shoutout to Katie in the Kids Club, she is truly amazing with the kids! My child is always excited to see her, and it gives me so much peace of mind knowing they're in such caring hands while I work out. Katie also goes above and beyond by helping me anytime I have trouble with the online booking system, and she's always kind, patient, and happy to help. She is such an asset to the team! I highly recommend UFC to anyone looking for a gym with an incredible staff and an environment that feels like family.
