I absolutely love UFC! The gym is always clean, has a great atmosphere, and everyone on the staff is so welcoming and helpful. A special shoutout to Katie in the Kids Club, she is truly amazing with the kids! My child is always excited to see her, and it gives me so much peace of mind knowing they're in such caring hands while I work out. Katie also goes above and beyond by helping me anytime I have trouble with the online booking system, and she's always kind, patient, and happy to help. She is such an asset to the team! I highly recommend UFC to anyone looking for a gym with an incredible staff and an environment that feels like family.

I was under a contract with this gym and changed contracts after 2 weeks. Was told by management I didn’t have to pay for the remaining balance because I changed contracts so soon so they had me put down money for a new contract . They still automatically took 100$ out from the previous and refused to refund me.
Went in for a membership, the girl at the desk looked like she hated her life . Didn’t even acknowledge me and was a little rude as if I was disturbing her.
UFC Gym is easily the best gym in the Gallatin/Hendersonville area. I’ve tried day passes at nearly every gym within a 30-minute drive, and nothing else really comes close. Most of the competition is either run down, packed with old equipment, overpriced for what you get, or simply too small. UFC Gym stands out because it actually feels modern, clean, well-maintained, and premium without charging ridiculous prices.
The gym is extremely active with classes, events, and community involvement, which is something I can’t really say about places like Crunch or Gold’s. The hours are also great. Unless you’re someone who works out at midnight, the schedule should work for just about anyone.
The crowd is solid too. It attracts a much better mix of people than your typical $9.99 Planet Fitness or Crunch, but it isn’t so expensive that you’re feeling the membership charge every month like you might at Carbon.
Equipment selection is excellent, with plenty of strength machines, free weights, and endless cardio options. The music and sound system are good, there’s a dedicated posing room, fun classes, and plenty of parking. The location is another huge plus since you can easily walk to restaurants, Regal, local bars, live music, and other activities around the Square after your workout.
My only real complaints are the bathrooms and temperature control. The bathrooms could definitely be cleaned more frequently, especially the toilets and urinals, and they can get pretty hot from the sauna area. I’d also prefer the gym to be a little cooler at times, although it’s nowhere near as bad as some gyms that make you wonder if the AC is even running.
Overall, UFC Gym offers the best combination of facility quality, equipment, atmosphere, amenities, and value in the area. 9/10.

The gym itself is actually very nice, which makes this review even more disappointing to write. The facility is clean, the equipment is well maintained, and the sauna is one of the better amenities offered. That said, the recovery options are overpriced for what you get, and in my opinion the only membership tier truly worth the cost is the basic membership.
My issue is not with the facility, it’s with management and member safety.
I was threatened with physical assault inside the gym, directly in front of employees and under camera surveillance. I immediately reported the incident and gave my statement at the front desk. Despite this, the only action I’ve been made aware of is that management requested a statement from the individual who threatened me.
When a member is openly threatened in front of staff and cameras, I would expect the situation to be taken seriously and addressed promptly. Instead, I’ve been left feeling like my safety concerns were treated as an afterthought.
A gym should be a place where members feel safe while working toward their fitness goals. Unfortunately, my experience has left me questioning whether member safety is truly a priority here.
The facility deserves better management than what I experienced.
