The new managers that have been put in place are more worried about profit than safety. After being put in a situation where my safety was in question it is now being used against me in terms of a membership. Don't know how long this gym will last.

This whole gym has become my sanctuary, but the biggest gem of this gym are the yoga classes with Jasmine. Not only has yoga improved my recovery time from strength training, but the overall mind/body wellness I receive from this class is immeasurable. I'd recommend anyone to try out this amazing addition to this already awesome gym.

Probably the best gym in town as far as equipment and amenities go. The management and ownership needs help. I’ve been a member for awhile now. Multiple manager changes have occurred since I’ve been here. Showers are consistently ignored by cleaning staff. The equipment has layers of dust on it from months(maybe years) of neglect. One treadmill has been down for a month. Front desk staff has always been great. Ownership/management just need to step it up take care of the gym they opened.

Dirty. They don’t keep wipes readily available and don’t encourage people cleaning after using the equipment. Everything is an upsell. Wildly disappointed. We ended up at a different, cleaner gym for less money. And if you want to stop going? Think not. You must make the trek there in person. They’re not so polite on the phone if you try to cancel. UFC gym might be worse than a time share.

The UFC Gym staff are great. Very knowledgeable and very helpful. The equipment is great there's a lot of it and a lot of good stuff to do functional workouts versus your typical bulk building exercise apparatus. A ton of dumbbells and kettlebells Etc. All the rehab stuff is awesome like the massage chair cryo tank infrared sauna and regular dry sauna in the gym locker room. Of course they have all the supplements you can buy. I haven't taken any of the classes yet but I plan to. The Jiu-Jitsu is definitely full classes and great instruction from what I hear. I am not sure if the cleaning crew only comes at night but it's pretty rough at the end of the day the night crew has quite the job. Somehow if they could control moisture in the shower so they don't smell like mildew would be great.
