The Little Clinic is located right inside your neighborhood grocery store. Our board-certified nurse practitioners and physician assistants can diagnose and treat minor illnesses, administer vaccines, provide physicals and much more! Plus, we are open 7 days a week and we take most insurance plans.
The woman at the front desk refused to accept my insurance because it was on my Apple wallet. She demanded a physical card..:.like what year is it? You can accept my insurance from my phone. Why would carry a card that is saved in my phone. And every other doctors office does accept it on Apple wallet. She was rude and not empathetic at all. Awful experience. She also didn't speak to me until 5:20 when I had a 5pm appointment.

I was fine with my visit, but I gave my insurance card, which clearly states a convenience care is a 15 dollar copay. I was charged 25, and when I questioned the amount, I was told they are considered a PCP, which they are not. She doubled down on that claim. I looked up Kroger little clinic on Google, and they are listed as a convenience care. I know it's only 10 dollars, but it's the principal. My son came in three weeks ago, and I asked him what he was charged...$25. it's like they are skimming or scamming or something. I am calling my insurance company on Monday to let them know. I didn't feel like confronting the lady further as I was obviously sick enough to come on a weekend instead of waiting to see my real PCP on Monday. Make sure you are familiar with your copay amounts, and go in knowing they are going to try to overcharge you.
UPDATE: I got my insurance company involved. They do, indeed, consider the Little Clinic to be a convenient care business, and not a PCP. I was refunded the extra 10 dollars from Little Clinic, as well as was my son from his visit. Use your insurance company to fight these overcharges, each time, because they aren't going to quit charging the PCP price. I have since gotten him into my PCPs office, so hopefully no more visits to Little Clinic, and hopefully no more weekend illnesses.

I went to check in my daughter over the weekend. They opened late for their posted hours, were entirely rude when I was waiting patiently for them to open, and they weren’t helpful when they said they couldn’t help me with my daughter’s sickness. They couldn’t even give me another doctor or specialist.

If you are sick to a Dr it will cost you more but at least you will be diagnosed by someone who knows what they are doing and be able to write you a prescription for what is wrong with you. If you go here well..... Waste of time and money $89. Apparently they can't write real prescriptions. No stars for this place! They should be up front when checking in what they can and cannot do not wait until they have your money.
