My body definitely lets me know during and after every workout! I truly didn’t think I could challenge my body any more than I already was until I came here. This place has pushed me in ways I didn’t know I needed! Everyone is always so kind, welcoming, and sweet! 🥰 And whenever I have a question, Jodi never hesitates to answer, or help me. So thankful I found this place and for the way it continues to challenge me, strengthen me, and keep me showing up! ❤️🔥 Here’s to more shakes, more sweat, and more growth! 😂💪🏽🩰
