  Everyone very nice and professional and Dr Sparks very down to earth and he listens to you and before he goes he reminds you if you need any RX filled

  I came to this practice with high hopes. I got set up with Emi, and she was super personable and has a great bedside manner. However, I have had a PA request from my insurance company that has been sat on for 19 days. I cannot get ahold of the office to find out why, so I had to call my insurance company to find out it has not been responded to still. I told Emi at my first appointment with her that I needed my B12 checked as well as my intrinsic factors as I have a history of Subacute Combined Degeneration, which caused my legs to stop working last year. I’m fine as long as my B12 is good. She told me we would check it at my physical, which was scheduled for a week later. Neither my B12 nor my intrinsic factors were tested. I typically give myself shots in the stomach, but those have not been prescribed either. I also had concerns about my thyroid as I have Hashimotos. My TSH has been climbing and is now at a 23, but since my T3 and T4 are fine, she won’t put me back on even a low dose of Synthroid. It is nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone, and at this point I am incredibly frustrated and beyond unimpressed. Everyone at the practice is very kind, but I need things done that simply are not getting done.

  I’ve been seeing a doctor in hermitage for some time who just never really truly listens to my concerns . And here I am years later still trying to figure out my health and why I feel the way I do, so I decided to find a new doctor. I made an appointment with Dr. David sparks at complete health partners in Hendersonville TN & I am blown away!!! This man and actively listened to every single concern I had. Which was a lot! I’ve never in my life had a doctor seem to genuinely care & want to help me find the root cause of my concerns. They just get you in and out … this one did not… he LISTENED. Didnt interrupt and didn’t try to gaslight me like the rest & he Didn’t judge me!!! He needs to be acknowledged because it’s RARE to find this in a doctor now days. I think with his knowledge and understanding we will finally get to the bottom of how I feel. I’m so thankful I’ve found him!! Thank you Doctor Sparks & team!!!! 10 out of 10
