  From out of town, the visit was very good. Staff was very professional, friendly and knowledgable. Very impressed. If I was local this would be a facility I would use.

  We love Foundation Health Urgent Care! They are so kind, understanding and professional. We have always been able to get right in and have quality service. They listen to you and handle each situation so well!

  I recently visited Foundation Health Urgent Care and had an excellent experience overall. The front desk gentleman was very kind and easy to speak with, which made for a positive first impression especially for someone that doesn't like going to the doctor in the first place. Nurses make the worst patients. ☺️ I truly appreciate the level of professionalism and courtesy shown at check-in and the Nurse Practitioner was absolutely wonderful. I wish I could remember her name. From the moment I arrived, she was attentive, professional, and genuinely caring. She took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, asked thoughtful questions, and made sure I fully understood everything she explained. It’s not always easy to find healthcare providers who are both highly compassionate and personable, but she absolutely exceeded expectations. I would highly recommend her to anyone. Unfortunately, my experience with the medical assistant wasn’t as positive. Communication was poor, on top of not particularly being the nicest. I had to ask for my vitals because she didn't offer them. I do believe she was slightly wrong on my vitals. I can't explain why without giving to much details but in the end no big deal I'm glad it was what I suspected and nothing more serious. While I understand that busy environments can impact interactions, clear communication and patient awareness remain essential components of quality care. Overall great experience! Thank you guys for being so kind! 💗

  Location: Good location, easy to find and ample parking at front of building. Environment: Building was clean, open and updated. Pleasant space. Reception: Associate was friendly, polite and gave clear information. Forms were completed by texted forms. No medical conditions, medications, allergies or history was covered by the short form, but that was the case at another urgent care clinic I went to earlier this year. Wait Time: The clinic was busy, with three patients ahead of me. I was there a couple hours for a sore throat. Associates apologized for the wait time at each step of the visit. This is just the nature of a walk-in clinic to not know how long it will take to be seen. Medical Staff: Everyone was friendly, professional and thorough during my visit, from the nurse taking vitals to the physician assistant diagnosing me. Everyone made eye contact, and I felt heard. Recommendation: I would recommend this urgent care clinic to anyone who needs these services. Better than a competitor clinic in the area.
