When you’re sick or have an injury, and you need to see a doctor right away, waiting is not an option. At Foundation Health URGENT CARE, we understand that it can be challenging to get same-day appointments. That’s why our dedicated team is here for you and your family’s urgent care needs.
We are a private and independently owned health care center with over 12 years of experience. We stay open later than other urgent cares to accommodate busy or flexible schedules. With x-ray services on-site, we can diagnose a broad range of illnesses and help identify the best treatment plan right away.
If you don’t get better after visiting our facilities, you can come back anytime rather than having to schedule an appointment with your primary physic

- ABAnnmarie Baldwin1 day ago5.0We been here numerous times for the kids various illnesses. Always quick and easy appointment booking with little time waiting in the lobby. Our primary care pediatrician is great for the yearly wellness checks but for a sick kiddo, it’s a great little clinic.

Having just moved here, it was comforting to know I had found a great place to begin looking for great healthcare providers in our new community. From the moment I walked in the door everyone was WONDERFUL- from the receptionist to the nurse to the provider. Erica was knowledgeable and professional and took good care of me. The total care I received was truly top-notch! Thank you to the entire team for making me feel welcome, listening to my concerns and making sure I left your office with peace of mind!
- MMMonica5 days ago5.0Sudden dizziness and loss of balance. So glad I was with someone who could take over driving! This clinic was close as we were in Gray. Very quick check in, polite front desk staff, caring nurses and quickly seen. If ever need a quick care again I will return.
- BSBill SmithAug 15, 20261.0I thought I was having a heart attack. I was told we do not take your insurance, we can call EMS for you, and they did. I sat in the waiting room while waiting for EMS to arrive, 10 minutes in to waiting, they decided to start monitoring me. I do not feel the appropriate actions were initiated in a timely fashion.
