  I can’t say enough wonderful things about this Urgent Care. I hate going to the doctor and haven’t been in probably 15 years or so. I was so ill and went in, very reluctantly. Everyone from the Front Desk, to the Medical Assistant, to the Nurse Practitioner were so kind, professional, and thorough. I just can’t say enough great stuff about my experience here. Thank you to the entire staff who took care of me. I truly appreciate you.

  Fantastic experience. Went at 6:30pm on a weeknight and were out by 7pm. Impressed with check in and nurse we saw. Could have saved time by filling out forms ahead on time as you have to on your device. The nurse called in a prescription and we were good to pick it up quickly. Glad to have this place in our neighbourhood and with later hours.

  I went here because it was close to where I live. Worst experience ever, I would not recommend to anyone. They did nothing for me. They were supposed to refer me to a GI specialist in which I never received a call. I was very sick for over a month. They didn't seem to care. I went to medical care 2 weeks later and was helped immediately. I will never go back to this facility. Also I had injured my knees when we moved to Gray carrying boxes up and down steps. I was told it's arthritis from the doctor who seen me, when I never had problems with my knees until I injured them during the move. She never even checked my knees. No help with that either. I don't like to leave bad reviews but i had never experienced this kind of service from a healthcare facility. I was very disappointed. It's my own fault for choosing to go here, I never go to the doctor unless I'm very sick, I made a bad decision. Never again!!

  Excellent care from a professional Doctor/practitioner who knew what they doing. Front receptionist made check in quick and easy, and the wait to see the doctor/practitioner was very quick. When I got called back to the exam room it appeared very neat and clean. The nurse practitioner assessed my issues and just in a few minutes the doctor came in, treated me and was very helpful in placing my prescriptions at two different pharmacies because the one I normally use had already closed that way i could get some medication needed now and pick the rest up tomorrow at my normal pharmacy. Thank you Patricia Payne-Zajac for all your help you made the visit really great when i was feeling bad.
