  One thing I love about Schmidle Family Dentistry, the hygienists are always knowledgeable and educate me each visit on how to best take care of my dental needs.

  My entire experience with this practice was wonderful from start to finish. It began with my initial phone call. Cassie was so sweet and incredibly helpful while setting up my appointment. When I arrived, the whole team was welcoming and professional. The hygienist who cleaned my teeth was amazing, constantly checking in to make sure I was completely comfortable throughout the process. I also had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Bob, who took the time to come over and walk me through key information regarding the best next steps for my care. The entire staff created a kind, informative, and judgment-free environment where I never felt out of place. I am so grateful for their warm hospitality and great service! 10/10 recommend!

  The hygienist and Dr Bob great. However again had a cleaning the hygienist said it was covered. Went to check out $75 copay. The front desk person said “ she does not know insurance “ basically threw her under the bus. I have been going to Dr Bob for years but looking at changing feel like getting up charged every visit.

  My visit was okay, and I was seen right away. However, I’m now working with a new dental hygienist, and this was the second cleaning that left my mouth sore afterward. I was also charged a cancellation fee that I wasn’t aware of, along with additional charges from my previous visit that weren’t clearly explained. I’ve been coming here for over 15 years, and lately the service has felt different than what I’ve come to expect. That said, Dr. Bob has always been excellent, which is why I plan to continue coming here. I’m hopeful these recent issues can be addressed so the overall experience returns to the high standard I’ve always appreciated.
