  I went to Warby Parker today and had the pleasure of being helped by Felicia. She was amazing! She was so kind, patient, and helpful. She took her time explaining everything and answering all my questions. I never felt rushed, and I really appreciated how she listened to my concerns and made me feel heard. Such a great experience, and I’m so thankful for her help!

  This was the best experience I’ve had buying glasses. I usually walk away without glasses or something I’m not 100% sure about. The selection was great and Ethan was extremely helpful explaining my insurance benefits and with selecting frames. I’m so happy we finally have a physical location in town.

  I couldn’t be happier that Memphis has a Warby Parker store! I’ve been in twice and Ethan is such a friendly face and makes the process of buying glasses so easy! There’s also no pressure to buy if you’re just looking around. You’ve got to stop in if you wear glasses and have never experienced Warby Parker!

  My entire experience at Warby Parker Germantown Collection with Randall was so smooth and FUN! Not only is Randall knowledgeable, but we had such a fun fashion show together choosing the best pairs of glasses to fit my face and my style. He made me feel like I was the only customer in the store - very important and his top priority. If you're looking for personalized service from someone who genuinely cares about your overall experience, run don't walk to Randall at Warby Parker Germantown Collection.

  While I only needed to have my eyeglasses tightened due to having ordered off line prior to today. My visit was very unpleasant. I have the day off from work today so I decided to try the store. All associates were helping other customers but I was not greeted when I entered. I browsed for a few minutes before someone even acknowledged I entered the store, which is not very big. I shared I purchased my frames on line and needed them tightened. I was told they were assisting others and someone would be me. While waiting I got a call so I stepped outside to take the call. As I talked I watched from the window to see when one of the associates were free. I ended my call in went back in to the associate who was now free and was looked at like I was a disruption in his day. While the two pair of frames I ordered last month will never break the company this I do know, Me as a repeat customer they never have to be concerned about.
