  Very frustrating experience with this Kroger pharmacy. The pharmacy repeatedly closes early for lunch and reopens late. The posted lunch closure says 30 minutes, but I’ve personally experienced them shutting down around 10 minutes early and reopening several minutes late, turning it into nearly a 45-minute closure. For people trying to pick up prescriptions during work breaks or while sick, that matters. Then when I finally picked up my prescription today, my total was $27.19. After $16.09 was charged to my HSA card, I handed the cashier two $5 bills. Somehow only $5 cash was applied and they charged the rest to my debit card instead. When I called to address it, the staff was extremely unprofessional and dismissive. Customer service and communication skills seem seriously lacking. Pharmacy staff deal with the public all day, including sick and stressed customers, and this location could genuinely benefit from professionalism and sensitivity training. Mistakes happen, but the attitude afterward made the situation much worse.

  I am a Retired ER Nurse 30yrs. I have never experienced such an organized, calm, informed pharmacy anywhere else on the planet. Negative comments break my ❤️ for this pharmacy team, lots of self quizzing on my part as to the author of varied reviews. They sound very familiar. Thankyou for saving lives and caring about us, Dr. Of Pharmacy and her Teams.

  Told prescription would be ready in 25 minutes only to come back after 30 minutes and say it would be another 20 minutes. Poor attitude and customer service.
