  Used to be a great pharmacy. Moved all the families meds here. They changed the staff and the pharmacy techs are the most miserable people alive. Terry offers absolutely zero help for anything. She just shrugs and mumbles to herself. Switching all prescriptions. I recommend you do the same.

  Had appointment at 10:30am today for flu shot. Got there little early to check in. Girl at check in counter seemed to have a little trouble checking me in. Don’t know if it was the system or if she was new. Asked to also get covid shot which was not a problem. Did not have to wait long. Pharmacy technician who administered the shots was very pleasant. I have always had good experience with this pharmacy when getting vaccines

  Sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes with techs waited on walk up customers! Zero acknowledgement. I finally called the pharmacy to tell them I was waiting!

  I was discharged from the hospital less than 48 hours ago after having a C-section, and Kroger Pharmacy sent me home without my prescribed pain medication—and never bothered to tell me they weren’t filling it. I was only given two of my prescriptions at pickup. When I later called because I knew something was missing, I was told there was a “DEA error” and an insurance issue, and that the technician apparently didn’t notice. That is completely unacceptable. I had just undergone MAJOR ABDOMINAL SURGERY. If there was an issue filling my pain medication, someone should have told me before I left so I could address it. What made it worse was the pharmacist’s complete lack of empathy. She didn’t apologize, didn’t seem concerned that I had been sent home after a C-section without being told I was missing prescribed pain medication, and acted as though this was just another inconvenience. I filed a formal complaint, but I honestly don’t expect much. I complained to Kroger within the last six months about a much smaller issue, and apparently nothing changes. At this point, Kroger has given me absolutely no reason to believe they care about their patients’ experiences or complaints. Mistakes happen. Failing to communicate a problem involving a post-surgical patient’s pain medication—and then showing zero empathy when confronted about it—is something entirely different.

  Told prescription would be ready in 25 minutes only to come back after 30 minutes and say it would be another 20 minutes. Poor attitude and customer service.
