  The pharmacy is one of the best in Nashville, I have had numerous instances of clerks mistaking number of days between (and incorrectly refusing to fill order) but other than this issue, service is friendly and fast. If there is a pharmacist nearby they will usually help correct the clerk, if not, you are out of luck.

  So, I just had the worst customer service experience in my 20 years of frequenting this pharmacy. Specifically, the drive through. I don't know the name of the young lady,( around 445 PM) but she is easily identifiable (just think of Mimi from the Drew Carey show with the clown makeup). I received a txt on Wednesday stating rx received, but not ready. When I asked about it and referenced that it had been 4 days, she stated "I can count, I know what day it is". From that point she agitatedly asked "do you want me to work on this or what?" At that point I had enough and told her just give me my other prescription, I'LL deal with this later. She then threw the items in the bin and didn't even have the pharmacist speak with me at all ! This is unacceptable! Even worse, after I left, I attempted to phone the pharmacy manager several times, and every time, the phone continuously rang and didn't even go to VM. Needless to say, I will be changing pharmacies as this level of service is beyond ridiculous.

  Be sure to count your medications before leaving the pharmacy. We have had prescriptions be short-filled repeatedly. Staff just says "it can't be possible" when brought to their attention. Will be changing pharmacies ASAP.

  These people are very nice, knowledgeable, and work hard to get people their meds as quick as possible. I’m very pleased to be a customer of theirs.

  This location is by far the worst I've ever been too. Super slow and they always mess up my prescription. I used too use goodlettsville, but I moved to Gallatin. I came in to transfer everything and was told it didnt matter I can fill them at any Kroger, now every time I need my refill its transfered out to goodlettsville and they have to call to get it back. Its ridiculous I wish I could give them negative stars, I am absolutely fed up with this dump. Rude, rude, rude and now they never answer the phone anymore. When I need my refills I have to go up there and wait forever. I am taking my prescriptions and going to Walgreens, I may pay more, but at this point it’s worth it. Obviously Kroger management does not care or don’t read these reviews, I’ve been using them for over a year and all they’ve done is got worse.😡😡
