  The equipment used for my refraction was newer than any equipment I've seen at other places. I liked how he showed me the difference between the new prescription and my current prescription as well. Everyone was super friendly and thorough. Eyeglass technicians spent a lot of time with me going through different options!

  As a patient, this was the best Doctor's visit I have had and I have had a lot. Dr. Perry explained the entire process and what the outcome should be.

  Great. Both my wife and I had our eyes checked. A very thorough exam with lots of answers to our many questions. We saw Dr. Radish and he was the best. Liked everyone at the practice too

  CANCER MISSED. I have gotten exams at this practice for several years and was last seen a couple of times specifically seeking treatment and guidance for a concerning area on my eyelid. I was continually told to just use hot compresses and eyelid wipes and that it was simply bacteria getting trapped along my eyelid. After chronic eye irritation and my eyelid literally continuing to erode with little concern or urgency from this team, I finally decided I was going to bring my concerns to another professional. Within moments the alternative office identified that what I was experiencing was abnormal and I was immediately referred to a specialist which they advocated for me to be seen within weeks. I was quickly diagnosed with a cancerous legion (basal cell carcinoma) all along and behind my lower eyelid which resulted in me needing substantial surgery to remove the cancerous tissue and repair my eyelid. It's appalling that not once was I referred out to a specialist and none of the professionals at this practice recognized or noted the risk of this very common eyelid cancer. If I had continued under the care of these practitioners I would still be treating my cancerous tissue with a hot compress as my eyelid eroded away. I cannot recommend this practice.
