Dr. Allison is the first chiropractor I’ve ever seen, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care he has provided. After watching family members go through difficult medical treatments, I’ve always been drawn to a more holistic approach to health through nutrition, exercise, and now chiropractic care focused on the spine and nervous system.
With nearly 40 years of experience, Dr. Allison is extremely knowledgeable and attentive. He was born blind, and his highly developed sense of touch gives him a remarkable ability to identify areas of tension and provide precise adjustments.
I consistently leave his office feeling more energized, less anxious, less stiff, and noticeably clearer mentally, almost as though someone switched the power back on. Dr. Allison has made a meaningful difference in my overall well-being, and I’m truly thankful for the care he has given me.

Dr Allison is a great doctor and he's taking care of my allergies so I can breathe better and feel better to help me continue to do work on my daughter's farm. I highly recommend him for allergies, aches, pains, arthritis and if you've totally overworked yourself to get out of pain.

I think Dr's intentions are good but seems to be pushing 7,000.00 products cash, doesn't take insurance and finance is done via outside source only to then offer you adjustments and say nothing guaranteed and send you to foot specialist.... Nice Dr and staff.
Frequently Asked Questions About Wellness Center of Franklin, LLC.
Do you accept insurance or Medicare? Will my treatment be covered?
We don't accept insurance or Medicare, as our services focus on treating the underlying cause rather than just managing symptoms like traditional medical approaches (drugs, surgery, ER, hospital visits). However, we do offer patient financing, prepaid discounts, and care packages. You can also use your HSA or FSA funds for payment. We're happy to provide you with a receipt if you'd like to submit a claim to your insurance company yourself.
How can a chiropractor help with neuropathy?
Dr. Allison has completed extensive specialized training in neuropathy care and provides a personalized approach for each patient. After a thorough evaluation, she develops an individualized care plan designed to help manage symptoms, enhance comfort, and support improved daily function. Depending on your specific needs, treatment may include specialized therapies and lifestyle recommendations. Our office has seen a 96% response rate among neuropathy patients. Results vary by individual, and we recommend scheduling an evaluation to determine if our approach is right for you.
What does the treatment consist of?
There isn't a one-size-fits-all treatment plan. Care typically involves a series of treatments that you'll perform mostly at home, which may include specialized devices, nutritional guidance, and lifestyle and habit modifications.
How is this different from traditional medical treatments for neuropathy?
Traditional medical treatment typically focuses on masking symptoms or managing the condition. Our approach aims to address the underlying cause while maximizing your results and safety.
Are you open on weekends?
We're open Monday through Thursday by appointment only.
