The vibe feels more upscale and boutique than what you would typically expect, without being intimidating or pretentious. Justin in Franklin is an absolute rock star. His suggestions, product knowledge, and attention to detail went far beyond expectations and made the entire experience effortless and enjoyable. I also had the pleasure of working with Nurra, a Customer Care Manager, who could not have been more accommodating, professional, or patient throughout the entire process. The experience was so positive that I ended up purchasing three pairs, which is something I never expected to do. I am genuinely impressed not just with the people, but with how this company is run overall. From the in-store experience to customer care, everything feels thoughtful, polished, and truly customer-focused. I am really impressed.
