After completing the eye exam, she was told there wasn’t enough time for the contact lens fitting because another patient was scheduled after her, and that she would need to come back another day. Very frustrating experience. If both services are booked together, enough time should be allocated to complete them. Customers shouldn’t have to make an extra trip because of a scheduling issue that isn’t their fault. Disappointed with the way this was handled and expected better customer service from Warby Parker.

My visit consisted of picking out two pairs of glasses after just getting a new eye exam. The staff helped me (1) quickly find the glass frames I pre-picked out online to look at in store, (2) explained to me the difference between anti-fatigue and progressive lenses, and (3) walked through how filing an insurance claim would work with my vision insurance (since it was out of network). Give them a visit sometime!
