  I've been going to Dr. Edwards (Paradigm) for a little over 1 year now. Had tried other functional medicine options locally, but none were as comprehensive or as deeply process driven. I feel I understand my markers and metrics better than ever before, have clear goals with a clear plan for achieving them, and feel all my health and wellness bases are being covered. Also, everyone at Paradigm is great, as are the offices. Highly recommended.

  Dr. David Edwards at Paradigm Health in Cool Springs is the real deal. As a concierge patient, I get unrushed appointments, direct access, and a doctor who actually listens and follows up. He’s thorough, proactive, and genuinely invested in my health. Worth every penny — I can’t recommend him highly enough. Five stars all day.

The combination of knowledge, attention to detail, and genuine care from Dr. David and his team truly sets them apart. The level of education and guidance they provide throughout the entire process is incredible. You can tell they genuinely care about helping people improve their health, performance, and overall quality of life not just checking boxes. If you truly care about improving your health, performance, and longevity, this is absolutely the place to go.

  This is Medicine 3.0. I'm in my mid-30s and have lived a healthy lifestyle most of my life. However, with family members aging and all that comes with that, I wanted to know if there was anything lurking beneath the surface I could get ahead of and areas I could optimize my health. What you get with Paradigm is a comprehensive assessment (extensive bloodwork, calcium score, ultrasound imaging, DEXA, VO2 max testing, nutrition and sleep assessments, etc.), more than you'll ever get with a normal primary care physician, and either peace of mind that you're on the right path or potentially some things to dig into and improve. If you're okay with just getting by and feeling alright, stay in the existing medical system. If you want to feel amazing every day and live a long, healthy life, work with these folks. Dr. Edwards and Sarah-Catherine Martin specifically have been a pleasure to work with, but frankly the entire team is full of rockstars.

  Dr. Edwards, Griffin, and the entire team at Paradigm are absolute fantastic. They are genuine, thoughtful, responsive and proactive in their approach. They helped me successfully navigate a stress fracture in my hip and years of GI issues. They look at everything holistically and with a long-term approach, resulting in thorough and comprehensive care that is unparalleled. Everyone at Paradigm has been incredibly welcoming and supportive throughout the entire process. I cannot say enough good things about the team and my experience there. I feel so fortunate to have found Paradigm and I can’t recommend it enough.
