For the first time, I’ve been able to train my shoulders without pain, and that alone says a lot about his approach and expertise. He’s knowledgeable, attentive, and really understands how to work with people who have limitations. He clearly explains what each exercise targets and why you’re doing it. On top of that, he brings a fun, positive energy to every session. Highly recommend working with him!
