This was the last time I will attempt to use them which is unfortunate because they are so close to the urgent care that it would be much more convenient to use them. I had a prescription for a nasal spray this time. I was told it would take 40 minutes. I felt poorly and said I didn't think I could wait that long. I went home. When I went back two days later, I was told they may have some tomorrow by the same gentleman that told me 40 minutes 2 days earlier. I reminded him and he said, "oh I can pull it but it may take awhile." What?? No concern whatsoever and this has been my experience before there when picking up for my husband. Now they have a sign saying "short staffed , please be patient." Well kindness goes a long way and so does good customer service.
