  I absolutely love Gracepoint Healthcare. Rob has been my primary care for 5 years and I couldn't be happier with the care I receive. To start, I'm usually only waiting in the front 5 minutes or less before I get called back. The PA's and PA's in training that they have do the vitals are always so friendly and thorough. They gather up all the information about my visit and input it into the system. They then go out and go over it with Rob, so as soon as he comes into the room he's updated and ready to go over my concerns. I've never felt rushed, or my questions dismissed. He's always willing to go over any concerns I have and to talk through them. Here at Gracepoint they really emphasize that the majority of your health depends on you. So, if you're looking for a place that is just going to treat you with a prescription and send you on your way, this is not the place. They care more about actually helping patients achieve true health, than just treating symptoms. That's not to say they won't provide you with needed medications. Rob is helping me manage both my blood pressure issues and thyroid issues which require medication. However, lifestyle changes that I've been encouraged to make are helping me find my way to better wellness. I always recommend Gracepoint to all my friends as a place where questions are welcomed, alternative medicine options can be discussed, and helping you find true health can be achieved.

  I give the staff five stars. They are all very caring and knowledgeable. I had a complete hysterectomy very early in life, so needless to say I developed problems. They stopped giving me estrogen years ago due to fear of cancer developing. So, I heard this advertisement over and over on the radio about a treatment for the problems I had, that never went away. I booked an appointment with GPH for the Votiva treatment. I give the $2900 Votiva treatment two stars. First, it didn’t work for me on incontinence, or last very long with my pain issues. On the last treatment she said my bladder had fallen, which meant the treatment probably wouldn’t make much difference on the incontinence. I wish she’d said that on the first of the three treatments, then I probably would have had lower expectations. After six months, I was back to square one with my issues. I used our HSA money for this, then had to pay out of pocket for the rest of my medical cost for the year. We are by no means wealthy, and had I known it wouldn’t work any better than this, I wouldn’t have wasted all that money. After, the last treatment, I was told to come back for yearly treatments at $800 a treatment! I don’t have that kind of money! I should have known better, but was so desperate for results like they continually advertise! I signed a lot of papers that said there is no guarantee that it will work, so I’m just getting it out there that it doesn’t work, at least not for very long. Maybe on less severe cases, but not on any of my issues. Sad that it’s advertised to help, and doesn’t. Also, there was never any mention, up front, of needing to come back yearly. One more big thing is when I called to make an appointment, the receptionist told me I could file it on my insurance myself and get reimbursed . When I asked for the bill to file, I found out from the other employee that this was not so! Always found things out AFTER, not up front. This is not good business.
