He's kind and easy going, really knows what he's talking about and helped my feet to feel better within 5 minutes of arriving. He knew I was travelling home to the UK and didn't even charge me for some cream he knew I couldn't get there. It was very kind and I wouldn't hesitate to go back next time I'm in Franklin.

Dr. Poole didn’t just give the same root cause; he thoughtfully discussed with me other possible root causes and performed evaluations to rule out potential root causes. We now have a plan for me and I’m very happy to be making progress!
