  Tried to make a purchase and was absolutely floored by the behavior of the employee behind the counter when I politely declined to sign up for the rewards program. I get it, I’ve had to give the spiels and will patiently listen. Also, no means no. What kind of company coaches loyalty sign up to the point of blatant harassment? From BEGGING for personal info, to whining in your face about how “hard it’s making their job.” And the grand finale after painful minutes wasted, wondering if they even understand what “no” means? A damaged customer experience and a refusal of sale. Imagine that? I no longer wonder why I never see customers in there. Must only stay in business because the little boys working there need the employee discounted supplements to keep power tripping on potential customers. Get it together.

  Ryan was extremely helpful when we came in over the weekend. He gave us a lot of information on how to save with the pro membership, and he saved us a lot of money. We had coupons that we didn't even know about, and he shared it with us. He also gave us a lot of information on the pre-workout drinks. I definitely recommend this store over the smyrna and murfreesboro locations. I'd rather make the drive to get excellent customer service. Great work, Ryan. You're good at what you do!
