  On a day when all the Nashville Miracle-Ear centers were closed, I was relieved to find that the Dickson, TN office was open. My wife and I were preparing to leave town for an extended period, and I urgently needed repairs to my hearing aid. The office was 55 miles from my home, and thanks to heavy traffic, I arrived 40 minutes late with a non-working hearing aid and a broken charger. Needless to say, I was not in the best mood when I pulled into the parking lot. That all changed within moments of walking through the door. The wonderful lady at the front desk immediately put me at ease, assuring me that they would still be able to help me despite my late arrival. Her kindness and understanding completely changed my outlook. Shortly afterward, Caty Roberts stepped out between appointments and asked how she could help. I explained my situation, and she quickly took my hearing aid and charger. In a remarkably short time, she had my hearing aid working again and provided me with a new charger. What I expected to be a frustrating and stressful experience turned into one of the most pleasant visits I have ever had at a Miracle-Ear Center. The people at the Dickson office were exceptionally friendly, caring, and professional. They made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived and went above and beyond to help me. Caty was absolutely fantastic. She was friendly, kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely concerned about making sure I was taken care of. The entire staff made a lasting impression on me. I only wish this center were closer to my home, because the people there are truly outstanding.

  From the first time I went for my hearing test till now I am very satisfied with how I was treated and everything was explained step by step so I knew what to expected going forward with getting my hearing aids and even when I received my hearing aids and questions came about all I had to do is to call or something was not working right i just called and they helped me get the aids fixed..way to go team!!!!
