I had an amazing experience at the GNC in Dickson County today, and I want to give a huge shoutout to Macy at the register. From the moment I walked in, she was super great to me. genuinely friendly, patient, and ready to help with anything I needed.I came in looking for supplements for my next exercise routine, and Macy went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for. She didn’t just point me toward a shelf; she actually took the time to walk me through different options, explain what each product was good for, and help me figure out what would fit my goals best. Her knowledge about the products was impressive, and she made everything easy to understand. She asked good questions, listened to what I needed, and made sure I left confident about the supplements I picked out. On top of that, her attitude was just awesome. positive, welcoming, and genuinely helpful the whole time. It’s rare to find customer service like that, and it made my visit way better than I expected. Macy is a great cashier and an even better representative for GNC. I’ll definitely be coming back because of the experience she gave me.

Sign on the door says you open at 9am on Thursdays, open sign was flipped around saying “come in”. So why was the door locked at 9:15am?

I have been to the GNC in Dickson 1 time as I recently moved from TX the staff was very friendly and helpful. I went to the store in Richmond TX and really liked it. This is the store I get all my vitamins from.
