Typically late to new drops whenever they come out, the time they finally receive something early. Manager refuses to sell by the can. Last 3 experiences have been very unpleasant.

I have been doing business in this store since January and I spent hundreds of dollars they could pull my name up and see that I never one time use the scan you spending all that money but I started working out over a month ago and I went in and scanned myself at the very beginning of my workout to measure my muscle mass versus my Body fat and so I thought OK well I’m gonna go in and buy some protein powder and get scanned again. It’s been over a month to see where I’m at if I’m doing the right thing if I’m in the right direction, however I was only gonna spend like 27 and then it’d be 30 something after tax on a strawberry protein powder because I wanted to taste it before I bought a big one and that lady would not do a scan on me because she said I need to spend 50 bucks well ma’am go back and look at all the times I have spent over 50 bucks hundreds of dollars and I didn’t use your scan so guess what I ordered my protein powder off of Amazon and it’s clean it’s it’s a good protein powder and I will find a new place to go get all of my vitamins that I used to buy at that store because I will never step foot back in there and supposedly she’s a manager. I don’t know if she is or not but over not wanting to scan me because I didn’t spend 50 bucks. She lost a good customer good job JOY.

Ive came here for few years now to get my pre work outs and other supplements. Joy always greets you when you come in and can answer any question I've ever had about a product. You just tell her what your looking for and she is spot on.. great customer service, awesome prices and great deals but more important, atleast for me, she knows what she's talking about.
