  I HATE going to the dentist. I have always struggled with dental issues due to my type 1 diabetes no matter how well I care for my teeth. However, every time I have gone to Crossville Smiles, I am met with a non-judgmental attitude. The staff are extremely supportive and have expressed to me that they are just proud I am getting help. That comment has stuck with me and made me feel less embarrassed about the issues I face. I always have a positive experience here, and yesterday, I had to bring my toddler with me while I got my cleaning. The staff engaged him the entire time they cleaned my teeth, helped me keep him occupied, and gave him stickers and prizes. They helped me take care of him so I could care for myself. When I had a dental emergency in the past, they were quick to coordinate with a local oral surgeon and get the issue fixed that very day. I love Crossville Smiles, and they deserve recognition!
