- MUMegan UptagrafftAug 21, 20222.0Just FYI- their phone system, website, and banners in the waiting area, all express the option for walk-in appointments but the girl at the front desk will tell you you have to make an appointment or there’s a 2-5 hour wait - with no one in the waiting room. I went in with a very sore throat and bad cough and informed the lady that I already was tested for covid earlier that morning and tested negative. She tested me again for covid. It was negative, said I “might have a viral infection but can’t be too sure” and then told me to take some sudafed or an antihistamine ….I spent who knows how much money for a doctor to tell me what I already knew and didn’t even test me for anything else but covid.. Defeats the point of going to the doctor.
