They don’t answer the phone. They say they will fill your prescription but when you go to pick it up, they haven’t done it. Go somewhere else.
No one answers the phones! Cannot get a person on the phone if you do they transfer you to someone else to be placed on hold again, ultimately you'll be forced to leave a message and good luck getting that returned. The Dr's are very good but what the heck!
Zero stars. This has to be the worst family medicine practice in Cookeville. If you are going to actually need medical care, please understand that this practice is not going to provide that. The staff are all completely checked out. You will not get a return call, you will not get your prescription refilled, you will not get your complaint investigated. Read the all of the reviews and notice the common threads.
Do better.

Super concerned about the cleanliness of this facility. We loved Joyce when she was here and we love Hope now, but blood from a previous patient on the counter is disgusting.

I had an appointment at 3:55 pm for my annual pap. The nurse took me to a room in the very back of the office. The table cover was changed when I walked into the room. None of the speculums were in the room. She had to “run upstairs” for one . While she did that she told me to undress and wait for the Dr. I sat for over an hour, naked on the exam table. My anxiety got the best of me and I got really upset. I felt vulnerable sitting there, listening to people walk out the back exit, going home. My phone had died right before I went in , I finally got it turned on long enough to check the time , it was 5:20pm. I got angry, got my clothes on and started walking to the front door. The office was bare. Not a soul in sight. As I got closer to the exit I heard voices so I followed them. I saw 3 women talking and joking. They had no clue I was there. They had wrote the wrong room number on my chart. And didn’t bother to check any of the other rooms. Apparently people walk out so often they didn’t think twice. If I hadn’t of got up when I did I would have been locked in the building. After telling them I couldn’t reschedule due to insurance issues, I ended up going back to the room . And while getting my pap done, there were a few concerning things. One being, there was only one person in the room. I thought a nurse had to be present for patient safety. Also, I felt like I was getting insulted by the questions I was being asked . Anyways, I won’t be going back .
