  We were with this practice for nearly 10 years. And legitimately, the only reason we stuck around was because we LOVED Joyce. She made the lack of answering phone calls or returning voicemails, lack of empathy from the front desk staff, and long wait times worth it. As soon as she left (which by the way, the practice never informed us of, like many others, we found out on Facebook when other patients started posting looking for a new PCP), we looked elsewhere for our PCP. We found a new PCP that not only answers the phone, but if your call goes to voicemail, they call back!

  Absolutely garbage, doesnt answer the phones, I've called 13 times in the last 2 days to try and reschedule my daughters appointment. When we are there we wait for forever, sometimes hours and they hardly have any people in there in the first place (customer wise). I hate the way they do shots on kids and they always try to rush you out the door.

  I've been a patient of Women's Health Services and Infinity Family Practice since 2021. I went to Women's Health Services throughout my pregnancy, and my daughter has been a patient of Infinity Family Practice since she was born, so we've been with these practices for several years. Unfortunately, over the last 1–2 years, things have really gone downhill. It's nearly impossible to get anyone to answer the phone, and voicemails often go unreturned. Trying to simply get in touch with the office has become incredibly frustrating. It's especially disappointing because I've genuinely liked the providers we've seen over the years, which is a big reason we've stayed as long as we have. However, with Joyce now gone, I really don't feel like I have a reason to continue dealing with the lack of communication and difficulty reaching the office. At this point, I'll be looking for care elsewhere for both myself and my daughter.

  They don’t answer the phone. They say they will fill your prescription but when you go to pick it up, they haven’t done it. Go somewhere else.

  No one answers the phones! Cannot get a person on the phone if you do they transfer you to someone else to be placed on hold again, ultimately you'll be forced to leave a message and good luck getting that returned. The Dr's are very good but what the heck!
