I had an appointment at 3:55 pm for my annual pap. The nurse took me to a room in the very back of the office. The table cover was changed when I walked into the room. None of the speculums were in the room. She had to “run upstairs” for one . While she did that she told me to undress and wait for the Dr. I sat for over an hour, naked on the exam table. My anxiety got the best of me and I got really upset. I felt vulnerable sitting there, listening to people walk out the back exit, going home. My phone had died right before I went in , I finally got it turned on long enough to check the time , it was 5:20pm. I got angry, got my clothes on and started walking to the front door. The office was bare. Not a soul in sight. As I got closer to the exit I heard voices so I followed them. I saw 3 women talking and joking. They had no clue I was there. They had wrote the wrong room number on my chart. And didn’t bother to check any of the other rooms. Apparently people walk out so often they didn’t think twice. If I hadn’t of got up when I did I would have been locked in the building. After telling them I couldn’t reschedule due to insurance issues, I ended up going back to the room . And while getting my pap done, there were a few concerning things. One being, there was only one person in the room. I thought a nurse had to be present for patient safety. Also, I felt like I was getting insulted by the questions I was being asked . Anyways, I won’t be going back .
Great place and people ♥︎
This was the worst experience I have ever had at the office. During my visit with Nurse Hope, I felt that the appointment was rushed, as she appeared eager to leave. I came in with congestion and a sore throat. I was the one who requested a throat swab, which was done very quickly and appeared insufficient. The result came back negative.
She did not check my lungs, ears, or my throat. My symptoms worsened the following day, so I went to urgent care. There, a proper throat swab was taken, and I tested positive for strep throat.
My family contacted the office to express concerns about this visit. Moving forward, I will do my best to avoid being seen by this nurse again. While Dr. Stenzel has always been professional and attentive, this experience has made me reconsider continuing care at this practice, as he appears to be the only provider I feel confident seeing.

I had Dr. Casal deliever my daughter and be my OB during the whole pregnancy. Never did I think I would find someone who cared so much and had such great bedside manners. He was very involved and listened to every question and concern I had. I was so scared of delivering and he knew so he made it as easy for me as possible and made it possible to be comfortable in a scary first time situation. As for Joyce bumbalough I could NOT ask for a better pediatrician for my daughter. She knows her business and she is such a ray of sunshine. When and if I ever move back to Tennessee I will have zero hesitation coming back to be a patient of theirs.
