GREAT STAFF but this dentist should not be "PRACTICING" on anyone the way he treated my wife during her root canal. Filled her mouth full of poisons and infection his words " oh im sorry you had to deal with all that, that was a lot of infection, peroxide, bleach and all sorts of nasty stuff. Throat still burns this morning from it., Couldn't find any of the tools he was looking for. Took half the day to do a simple procedure. Even the very nice assistant couldn't believe her eyes. And then...... we go in to billing. A PRE approved procedure, the lady asks my wife, "so how much are you going to put down on your payments today..$1000?? Thrown off by this my wife stumbled amd said what ? ? She than says how's $800 down sound ? ? Now this is a pre approved procedure with full insurance. And quoted at our part being $450. Now she wants $1000 payment. Not pay off...Just payment. And this is on top of the loan company she was trying to get my wife to sign up for to pay off the rest...when I stepped up and started asking questions the lady didn't really have any answers other than our insurance may or may not pay amd this is to make sure "IF" they dont pay that we will, again. PRE APPROVED. She didn't have anything in order similar to the dentist himself. Ultimately she ended up refunding my wife's $450 i assume because she knew she was being Fraudulent and the fact that the dentist should not even be in business.
