  After my workout this past Saturday, I visited this store in search of fat burners for pre- and post-workout use. The young man working there completely ignored me. I even walked around the store, stood beside him, and he never acknowledged my presence or looked in my direction. However, when another customer who resembled him entered the store, she was greeted and assisted. Disappointed with the lack of attention and service, I decided to take my business elsewhere or online.

  Great atmosphere and well laid out store. Staff was extremely kind and helped me out with any questions or concerns I had. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who is interested in nutrition!

  ​"Huge shoutout to David ! I walked in feeling pretty overwhelmed by all the different protein types, but he broke down the differences, without making it confusing. He didn't just try to sell me the most expensive tub; he actually listened to my fitness goals and recommended what was best for my digestion and budget. I’ll definitely be coming back to see him. He never disappoints, has helped me in many occasions be it selections or returns. Appreciate it. Thanks man.

  Poor poor customer service. Older man is there for a pay check only. Stay away from the Collierville store and shop online. Awful service.
