  I'd lost my hearing aid charger in Gatlinburg, TN, while on vacation and had dead hearing aids. While passing through Cleveland, TN, I popped into this Miracle-Ear on the outside chance they could help me find a new charger online. To my surprise, Cloie, the technician that was working, found the exact charger I needed right in the office, and it was only $100. I was able to charge my hearing aids in my car and hear, again, in no time. 😊

  Karissa Cordell is a wonderful hearing specialist. She is very personable and explained everything so well. We will definitely use miracle ear hearing aids when it becomes necessary.

  My mom has been a patient for a very long time. We did not know she needed better help until her annual retest which revealed she could be hearing much better with something adequate for their hearing now. Without Karissa and her evaluation we would have thought everything was fine. I highly recommend Miracle Ear and I am glad I was present for the appointment to get all the accurate information for my mom and what will help with her quality of life!

  Beware of Karissa trying to sell new hearing aids to patients. She is very high pressure and goes somewhat crazy when you say NO. This is very unprofessional and she was almost to the point of bullying. My elderly mother went in to have her hearing aids cleaned and was side-tracked with this woman. This woman wanted to know if she had brought anyone with her to the “appointment”. Apparently so she would have support of purchasing $8000 for new hearing aids. She was given a hearing test and Karissa could not understand why my mother would not want to hear better. My mother hears just fine, by the way. This is no way to do business. If and when I need hearing aids I will not be going to Miracle Ear.
