  Staff is always friendly and very knowledgeable. And if anything goes wrong, they step up their game by either solving the problem or at least apologize. Last time I went, I ended up a little bruised. The person who did it, apologized and got my veins perfectly fine the next time, professionalism at its finest. Anelisa, Ricky and Cathy are so amazing, patient and professional. Also the people at the front desk are amazing. The only downside is that they unfortunately keep taking away bonuses. It used to be at the 5th, 6th and 7th and now only the 5th. A little bit of a shame.

  If I could give this place 0 stars I will . I do not recommend . I came in for my first time donating . It was confirmed that I did had great veins in both arms however the lady stuck me in my arm and she said she didn’t have it right . So she started moving it around .Another lady had to come help her. Well once they got it going the machine started saying no flow for a min . So they had to poke me in the other arm to give me my blood back and they tried to get plasma out that arm and I refuse it and talked to a manager . I was devastated and crying . The lady name is Beth he started the poke so try to avoid her at all cost . To be honest most of everyone in there is not experienced! I regret coming to this place . I now have ptsd and I’m scared to donate now ! Be careful and read the reviews before you go !

  Overall a decent facility Screeners are fast and friendly Stickers are usually ok Avoid being stuck by Bentley if at all possible, you will be here for hours just trying to pump if she sticks you. All the other stickers seem to do a good job.

  I came into the facility around 5 and was told that nobody could donate due to the WiFi being down. However everyone in the office could connect via WiFi lts confusing however because I would think that a medical facility that handles and processes very sensitive information would be prepared for something of this sort

  Staff is friendly and helpful, willing to educate you on the whole process. The only downside is the fingerprint scanner system seems outdated and can be frustrating at times. And I wish they could fashion a way of preventing others from interacting with your screener and/or phlebotomist while working with you and your personal information. An actual emergency is one thing, but to directly interact with them when they are clearly busy with you is unacceptable and rude. Not the staff’s fault at all because they do stop it at that point. Still need marked boundaries up and/or stiffer penalties for those who do that. KED’s pay scale and bonus are very fair, highly recommend.
