  Used to be a great establishment but now not so much the pay isn't good and took the bonuses away and when I expressed my opinion about everything the new assistant manager didn't like my opinion and tried to permanently defer me just for having freedom of speech and she was very rude and unprofessional wasn't even wearing a name tag which is why I can't give her name and in my deferral notes she said I used a phys sub to get screened and cut the line which wasn't the case cause I had to see the phys sub for my screening question and I asked him to screen me cause of her negative attitude towards me and then after I got screened she went to the employee that stuck me and was talking about how I was being rude because I expressed my opinion about ked plasma and the employee was in disbelief because I'm a very nice and polite donor and what really blows my mind is when I came back to donate again nothing was being said to the donors that wasn't standing in line where she said i should be so I don't understand how I can be held accountable for something when nobody else is the regular employees here are great people especially considering the environment it's sad that the management doesn't help them at the end of the day cause they are too worried about leaving than helping the team out so everyone can go home together which holds the donors up from getting out sooner also definitely not the place it once was I've been going here since they opened and before when another company owned it definitely needs to be improved and better pay and bonuses for the donors and employees especially when they're dealing with issues like this the new center manager was very polite and professional when dealing with her employees mistake attitude definitely goes a long way when dealing with donors and i want to say thank you to the center manager for her kindness and professionalism there's a right way and a wrong way to do things and her assistant manager should definitely take notes and learn to apologize to people when she's wrong instead of trying to bully people, lie on people and intimidate people cause of her position and title and the fact she doesn't like what their opinion is whether she likes it or not she could just agree to disagree instead of doing what she did

  I've been coming to ked plasma for a couple years on and off when I needed a couple extra bucks to help with bills and I've never spent more than an hour and a half to 2 hrs there! Everybody is always acting so quick to meet their donors needs and get them in and out in a good timely manner and even take that extra step to make sure you are 100% confident you'll pass the retake on the BP machine. I did have one incident where a plabotomist ACCIDENTALLY yanked the needle out of my arm because her badge caught ahold of the tube but she was so quick to stop the blood and had a manager come out to make sure everything was ok.

  Very knowledgeable on the process first place I’ve donated that does do their best to not have to restock or in and out trying to find your vain . Ricky is very good . The entire staff and progress is with the staff nice concurring not liking having a needle in my arm but like helping and it cold weather a jacket. It has to be cold for sanitation. This process and staff are a 10 Thank you Rhonda Hackler .

  Staff is always friendly and very knowledgeable. And if anything goes wrong, they step up their game by either solving the problem or at least apologize. Last time I went, I ended up a little bruised. The person who did it, apologized and got my veins perfectly fine the next time, professionalism at its finest. Anelisa, Ricky and Cathy are so amazing, patient and professional. Also the people at the front desk are amazing. The only downside is that they unfortunately keep taking away bonuses. It used to be at the 5th, 6th and 7th and now only the 5th. A little bit of a shame.
