  You can’t get anyone to call you back at this office it’s absolutely ridiculous! The Springfield location says they don’t have good service! Know one ever return calls for things! I’ve never seen a doctors office not have someone actually answer the phone. It’s leave a voicemail every time.

  By far the WORST urology clinic I’ve been to EVER. You will get lied to, treated like total crap and not helped whatsoever!!!! They will waste your time(lots of time), then act like you’re the problem when you are the one suffering!!!!! They do NOT care about their patients whatsoever. Their staff is by far the most unprofessional, unproductive and unkind people in the urology community!!!! Do NOT waste your time or money on this place. I left this place in extreme pain, starving, exhausted and pissed off!!!! What an unfunny joke!!! Really a nightmare experience from start to finish. Traumatized for life.

  Dr. Vidu Yarlagadda and all his surgical staff were informative through every step of my health needs. From the administrative steps to the procedure. My family is truly blessed this organization and staff exists to support Veterans in need to prevent long-term health damage gone untreated by other provider facilities. Undoubtedly this has been a long time coming with a difficult medical history of many procedures for my kidneys during military service. This organization has the best providers, staffers, and nurses that I have experienced since my rough road journey began in 2009. Thanks again to all who directly and indirectly contributed to regaining my health.

  Unbelievable! We have had an absolutely wonderful experience with Dr Yarlagadda! He explained things we needed to know greatly! What steps we need to take! We’ve been in the dark since my significant other (Luke Smith) was diagnosed with prostate cancer in August 2025. He has given us different options and taking the necessary avenues to actually start moving forward! Thank you so much!!!
