  This was my first time needing the care of a urologist and I have to say glad to have had his care team during my procedure Second to none I would recommend him

  Unfortunately, I have to give this practitioner’s office one star. Kristen left a voicemail on my husband’s cell phone asking for a call back to go over some lab results and stated that it was something that they must have a conversation about. Not only did my husband call the office back every day for the past four days he also stopped by the office and asked to speak to someone about his lab results. There again , they claimed to have left a message for Kristen, but no one has reached out to us yet. It really isn’t good practice to urge someone to call you back about lab results and then they don’t have the time or courtesy to either return the call or have someone return the call and explain the situation as to why. We all fall short at times, but this is an opportunity to acknowledge what went wrong and do the right thing without making excuses to justify poor choices. My husband‘s health is a priority. Ample time and opportunity has been given, and this review was not written until after that time had passed.

  You can’t get anyone to call you back at this office it’s absolutely ridiculous! The Springfield location says they don’t have good service! Know one ever return calls for things! I’ve never seen a doctors office not have someone actually answer the phone. It’s leave a voicemail every time.
