  We traveled from Franklin to Clarksville during an urgent situation, and after the kindness we received, I honestly would have traveled even farther. Savannah and Autumn at the front desk were exceptional. Their prompt communication, clear instructions, and genuine compassion made an incredibly stressful situation so much easier to navigate. They treated us like people, not just another appointment, and that meant more than I can say. Truly outstanding customer service and care from the very first phone call!

  Was seen in Clarksville TN and they scheduled a blood draw in Springfield tn for a date that they do not do them in Springfield TN. Drove 44 miles for an appointment that was suppose to be in Clarksville TN. They also have scheduled an upcoming appoinment for me at a time that their office is closed. Not sure what is going on with the scheduling department but they are not very good with appoinments.

  Dr. Yarlagadda is the most unprofessional doctor ive ever encountered. He was inconsiderate in every step of my care. He left me with no guidance, plan for care, or answers to my conditions for 5 days. I had to chase him down to get anything from him and he had a horrible attitude towards me when I did finally reach him. He was rude, he was dismissive, and lacks compassion for his patients. He left me in excruciating pain for 5 days and then dismissed my pain when I spoke to him. I plan to report him to the state board. He attempted to make me take my catheter out a week before schedule for no reason or me asking him to, he just didnt want to deal with me. This man has no business in health care because he doesn't care. His staff was rude and dismissive to me as well, as if they dont have time for their own patients. Overall, I dont believe this man should be practicing medicine at all and I plan to let those above him know it. Sir, I hope you see this and tske it to heart. You cannot treat people the way you treated me. Do better, or get a job youre suited for.
