I started at Battle Ground Personal Training in April 2026 on a two-week trial, and it quickly became so much more. My husband encouraged me to try it to help reach the longevity goals I’d been talking about after losing my mother seven years ago at age 62 and my father in March 2026 at age 63. I wanted to lose weight, build muscle, and ensure I’m here for my daughter and husband; this program has helped me do that.
I never expected my mobility to return, but now I wake up at 5 a.m. and show up faithfully. What began as twice a week progressed to three, then four sessions a week, plus a weekly infrared sauna. The gym has given me mental clarity and confidence. I leave feeling like I can take on anything.
David Champlin is unlike any trainer I’ve had before. He’s passionate, pushes me by adding weights when needed, and always knows how to challenge and support me. God aligned my family with David, and we’re so grateful for his skill, sacrifice, and the gym’s atmosphere, which feels 100 percent in line with my faith. This has given me hope and strength as a woman in her 40s.
Thank you, David, from the bottom of my heart for believing in me, for showing up with encouragement and expertise, and for helping me become stronger every day.
